Sheet/Plate Bending

Our CNC press brake delivers tight-tolerance bends in sheet and plate metal, held consistently across every part in the run. We work from your STEP files or DXF files with bend lines, forming parts to your print in steel, stainless, and aluminum.

Most of our press brake work runs alongside our flat laser – you send us a sheet metal assembly, we cut and form the parts as a single order, and ship you a complete kit ready for welding or assembly. One vendor, one PO, no coordination overhead.

Materials

The maximum width depends on the thickness of the material being formed and the request bend radius. Please see below for a couple examples:

  • Stainless Steel: 1/4″ Maximum at 5′
  • Aluminum: 1/4″ Maximum at 6′
  • Carbon Steel: 1/4″ Maximum at 5′

Our 6-axis backgauge enables complex angle bending and reduces setup time. This advanced technology allows us to deliver precise and accurate results, even on the most intricate and challenging projects.
